The floating jelly (flotatina in spanish), is a very comun dessert in Latinamerica. It is a gelatin inside of another one!
Mexico, has the best! And you can find it in several differents versions. The looking is so enchanting, the texture so smooth and silky; and the gelatin itself is so refresing, that I could not resist make my -very artisanal- version of that incredible dessert.
Designed and inspired on great december celebrations, like Christmas and New Year, this -AMAZING and LUXURIOUS- floating jelly with lychees heart and coconut shell, slightly dusted with golden luster; is smooth and very natural flavor (made with real and natural products). It is not a very sweet dessert!
