Autumn Blossoms…

Love seasons! Everything fresh, with the right taste and texture. The perfect food what our body needs on that time of the year. And is -always- a best buy option!

I just harvested this beautiful pumpkins and pumpkin flowers, from my own garden; so I though this would be a very nice autumn dessert.

Crunchy, soft, sweet and full of autumn. Pumpkin blossoms in tempura, filled with mascarpone cream cheese with pumpkin (this time with butternut squash), cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg! Sprinkled with vanilla sugar, dressed with salted caramel sauce and crushed pecan nuts.

Just perfect with a cup of blossoms warm tea!
