Everybody loves Tiramisù because there is not other way. Is soft with the right fusion among chocolate and coffee. Mascarpone cheese provides that creamy texture, and savoiardis biscuits gives shape and body to the dessert. Some times it has liqueur as Kalhua or Amaretto.
Originally made with raw eggyolks and in a kind of lasagna presentation; mine is eggless and in a Charlotte Cake display. I found so pretty!
